Dr.Dhanesh Ramachandram

Dr.Dhanesh Ramachandram is a senior lecturer with the School of Computer Sciences, USM. He is a member of the  Computer Vision Research Group (CVRG). He completed his PhD in the area of Robotic Vision and Artificial Intelligence. His research interests include Medical Image Analysis, Semantic Image Understanding and AI-based approaches in Information Retrieval.  He currently coordinates the development of the software framework and is an active advocate of open-source software.
