Ms. Nuraizah Shamsul Baharin graduated as an Electrical Engineer and started her career as a Product Engineer with Motorola Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in 1994, working in Malaysia, Germany and Scotland.  She joined Sapura Nokia Software Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior R&D Engineer in the year 2000.  During this period, she started doing sales and marketing.  In Dec 2005, she started a company called CWorks Mobile Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of CWorks Systems Bhd.  CWorks Mobile focuses on mobile integrated services for consumers and corporations.

In her free time, Nuraizah is a mentor with Cradle Investment Program and heads the ICT Committee in the Women’s Entrepreneur Network Association (WENA)
